Refund policy

At XWELD USA, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@xweldusa.com with your order number.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, modified, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
